As mentioned in my residence page, there will be a 3 story building. The first floor will be a pizza shoppe. I will need to hire appropriate people for the job, and will expect to not see a positive income for a couple of years, but it would be something that would eventually provide for a passive income. The business will be registered as an LLC, and there are 2 banks in walking distance of the proposed location. Obviously, I will want to have competitive prices with my competitors, but I would do my best, and focus on quality of the food. There are electric pizza ovens, so those would be acquired so there will be no gas line, and therefore no gas bill.
