The residence will be an “apartment” style housing. This will be slightly adjusted as there will be 2 floors to this residence. This will encompass floors 2 and 3 leaving the ground floor for a 2 car garage, and a business. The residence will be a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, and 1 lavatory. There will be the standard living room, kitchen, and there will be a home office as well. There will also be a laundry room which will be a washer/dryer combination. My bedroom will be on the main floor so I could shut down the upper floor if not being used. Since I don’t have a family – this will likely be the case.
