Convenience Store

I will have a 4 Story Building within my collection of properties. The first floor of the building will host a convenience store under the Frank’s Enterprises umbrella. The convenience store will carry what many convenience stores will carry. It would be intended to compete with any local stores, and provide for a food resource for those that wouldn’t want to go to the grocery store.

The convenience store will need 2 employees who are willing to work 13 hour days for 3 days a week. This will give them 39 hours per week, and therefore a nearly full-time job. I will work 9 hours on Sunday. One employee will work Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. The second employee will work Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. By offering 7 day access, I will hope to cater to a number of customers. I will also support SNAP benefits, cash, and credit/debit cards. I will have an ATM for the customer to use when they wish to withdraw cash out of their account for any reason. The only issue is the ATM will only draw in increments of $20 notes.

One reason where this might benefit me, is I will provide for Digiorno pizzas in the event that I would want something different. I will also stock A&W Cream Sodas which is my preferred soda. Obviously, there will be favorites of other people, but this will be the bare minimum. I will also consider other foods, and refreshments as well. Other items such as candies, and snacks will also be marketed. I will not sell tobacco nor vaping products. I feel cigarettes is simply too dangerous for anyone to consume, and will not contribute to the general health problem that lung cancer brings on.

The store will have the following hours:
Sunday: 9AM – 5PM. I will work 8:30AM – 5:30PM
Monday – Saturday: 7AM – 7PM. The employee will work from 6:30AM – 7:30PM
