Pizza Shoppe

One thing I would want as an extra business will be a pizza shoppe. This pizza shoppe won’t host customers at the location, but will offer take-out, and delivery. The shoppe will be located at my 1705-e building on the first floor. There will be a 2 car garage in the back for the delivery driver, and a single employee. As with all of my businesses, this one will have a a website such as bigfrankspizza.tld. The website will provide for the prices and options of food available. There will also be a .pdf file of the menu so as to reduce. the number of menus that would need to be printed.

As expected, the business will have a single telephone number for receiving calls for orders, and take out. Every shift will have a delivery driver. The driver will have a SIP client installed, and will receive a dedicated extension that will allow them to show the pizza shoppe’s telephone number rather than their personal cellular phone number. The only condition is the driver will need a sufficient data plan. By allowing the driver to keep his number private, it will reduce the chance of people getting their number when the driver does not want the customer to have it. There will be a condition of deliveries. All deliveries will require a credit card. This means the driver can not accept cash. This will be for his safety. If a bad actor knows that the driver does not carry cash with them, they will target someone else. Obviously, the driver can accept tips for delivering the food, but this is not a requirement, and the cash will be relatively low to warrant an armed robbery charge.

The business will be open 6 days a week. There will be a cook, receptionist, and driver. They will all work three 12 hour days. Shift 1 will work Sunday-Tuesday. Shift 2 will work Thursday-Saturday. The hours of operation will be the same every day the shoppe is open. The will be the 11AM-11PM. The employees will be expected to come in at 10:30AM, and leave at 11:30PM. Last order will be 10:15PM. Anytime after that, there will be no orders, and the receptionist will just handle current customers such as where their order might be.
