There are 2 sets of taxes. The first is capital gains tax. The second is property taxes. I have already accounted for these taxes with my income. Since another page accounts for these taxes, it does not make any sense to account for them twice. The income section will be where you want to go. My taxes are accounted first before accounting for my bills. The same principal applies to you. You pay your income tax before you receive your employment paycheck.
