Water is essential for living. In addition to the fact that I would have a water bill for my personal residence, I will also have a water bill for the 3 apartments that I will have. The businesses will be responsible for their own water bill. There will be a refrigerator that would offer ice and water dispenser. This will reduce the demands of water since as little as possible is wasted. Since the apartments only have a shower stall, they will have to take showers which is usually less demand on water than a bath. The laundry machines will be paid where it would help cover the costs of water and electricity. With all of that said, I will hope for a good tenant that won’t waste water.
