Bills

We all have bills. There is very little in the ability to avoid bills. Yes, I capped the gas line of my residence, and taking into the fact of solar panels for my electricity, but I still have bills. I don’t have a well for water (a necessity of life). I don’t have a way to get food (a necessity of life) without going to the grocery store. And while I will get bills that are not necessities, I will still have bills.

I already accounted for the bills from my rentals on that particular page. All of the bills noted here are my personal bills that I would have to account for. This is what most people will think of when they think of bills. I will use a credit card to pay for the bills, but the card will be paid off in full every two weeks. This will assure that I have no debt, and considering I don’t have debt now, there is no reason to go through life with debt if I was to have $10,000,000. The bills will be as follows:

Monthly Bills

  • 31 Day Bus Pass: $50
  • Amazon: $15
  • Apple Care: $50
  • Electricity: Included
  • Food: $350
  • Gas (Auto): $150
  • Insurance (Auto): $250
  • Insurance (Health): $250
  • Internet: Included
  • PA License Plate: $200
  • SimpliSafe Pro Plus: $85
  • Stamps.Com: $20+
  • Telephone: $100
  • Television: $100

Monthly bills is just that – monthly. These are bills that would come out of my card, or PayPal account every month at a particular time frame. Each bill will have its own page, so you can select that page to get more details.

Annual Bills

  • Fax Email Service: $50
  • Insurance (Home): $300
  • Pager: $430
  • PMB $360
  • Taxes (Capital Gains): Included
  • Taxes (Property): Included
  • Web Hosting $160

Annual bills are bills that I would pay annually for. This could be just the structure of the payment system, or I have a benefit paying for the service per year. You would figure that my domain registrations will be included here, but they would have been paid for a 50 year term. This will mean that I wouldn’t have to worry about the domain registry for a period of 50 years, and I may not be alive at 102+.
