Both of the buildings I will have will be modified to have flat roofs. This will be ideal for laying in the solar panels to face south, and have sun tracking capabilities which will double the solar hours gained. Since it would be required in the lease that LED bulbs are used, and the fact there are energy star appliances, there is no reason why the solar panels can not generate as much electricity as needed for the buildings. With that in mind, this is why I wouldn’t see me as having an electric bill.
