The first thing I will do is take ½ of the money I receive, and put it into an investment fund. This will be where much of my income will come from, and while I could likely live off of my rentals if I have 100% occupancy, there will still be a desire to assure that I will always have the income I will need to make the most of my life, and have no significant wants that money can buy. While I am sure everyone would want a private jet that they can go on vacation with, this is obviously beyond this low amount of money.
I will also want to be realistic. The average investment fund has a ROI of 9%. That is 9% per year. So I would need to break that down even more. I will also need money to invest. I will put ½ of my windfall to investment. This will allow me to do other things that I would want with the rest of the money such as buy the building my residence will be in, and acquire an automobile, and give to people that are dear to me. It will also allow me to hopefully be able to buy telephone numbers for my Ideal Phone Setup. So this will mean that I will be investing $5,000,000 in my investment fund. The formula for figuring my monthly gross investment income is as follows:
$5,000,000 × .09 ÷ 12 = $37,500.
With this money being an investment income, I will assume 25% in taxes. This should be both federal and state taxes. This will mean to find out my net income is as follows:
100% – 25% (tax) = 75% (net)
37,500 × .75 = $28,125
This should be enough to support myself, and if the future would allow, a family as well. Keep in mind that my income is for all of my monthly bills. I will have utilities not only from my residence, but from the two buildings that I will own. I will also need health insurance. Simply put, paying into health insurance will hopefully be cheaper than paying out of pocket for all of the doctors I will need. I will look to UPMC for my insurance, and look for something that will give me similar care as Medicaid. I will also need to purchase food, clothing, and other needs. I will like to get 2 pit bull puppies. Both puppies will be trained right from the start to be well behaved dogs that would also be willing to protect the household. I will obviously need to feed, and care for them. This $28,000 will go a long way into making sure I have all I will need, and more.
