Along with the 4 Story Building which will be my residence is located at, I will have a 3 Story Building which will provide an extra source of income which is intended for Section-8 tenants. I want my rentals to be Section supported because I don’t feel there are enough of such residences, and if I can contribute to a solution, even if by a little bit, then I am doing good in what I think should be done.
The first floor will have a business. This is obviously not Section-8, but the 1BR apartment on the second floor will be available for a single person, or maybe a romantic couple. The Studio on the third floor will have to have a waiver from Section-8 stating that you would accept the Studio over a 1BR. This is good if you have been having a hard time finding a rental.
