There will be a building within walking distance of my PMB, the grocery store, pharmacy, and a Milkshake Factory. The goal will be to acquire this building, and rent out half of the ground+ floors, and live in the top half. Floor 1 will be a store-front. Floor 2 will be a 2B/1b/1l apartment which will provide for some of my rental income. The 3-4 floors will be my primary residence with the elevator not serving the 3rd floor, and the 4th floor will require an authorized RFID key to access the floor.
